The G&C Tribute
In Loving Memory. In Living Dedication.
This page exists in honor of my late parents, who bravely fought cancer with strength, courage, and love.
Their battle was not quiet.
It was not easy.
But it was courageous.
Cancer does not only affect the body — it affects families, children, homes, and futures. It reshapes childhood, introduces fear too early, and teaches resilience before it feels fair.
I carry their memory not as sorrow alone, but as purpose.
A Dedication
In their honor, I vow to support and educate children and young people whose parents are facing — or have faced — cancer.
No child should have to navigate that kind of trauma alone.
When a parent is sick, a child often becomes:
-
Quietly strong
-
Quietly afraid
-
Quietly confused
-
Quietly grieving
Sometimes all at once.
My commitment is to help provide:
-
Education about trauma and adversity
-
Emotional resilience tools
-
Resource awareness
-
Encouragement toward healthy coping
-
Conversations that reduce isolation
-
Direction toward appropriate professional resources
I cannot change what happened in my life.
But I can help others navigate it better than I did.
What This Means
The G&C Tribute is not simply remembrance.
It is:
-
A commitment to awareness
-
A pledge toward resilience
-
A promise to speak openly about grief
-
A dedication to strengthening those walking similar paths
Through Liberty Moon’s broader initiatives, including Let’s Care Together, we aim to create space for healing conversations, practical guidance, and supportive community-building for children and families affected by cancer.
This is not about replacing professional care.
It is about pointing toward it, supporting it, and reducing the silence that often surrounds illness and loss.
Their Legacy
My parents’ courage lives on through action.
Through education.
Through advocacy.
Through compassion structured into impact.
Their story does not end with cancer.
It continues through resilience.
This tribute stands as both remembrance and responsibility.
With love.
With strength.
With purpose.
Closing Words
“Courage is not the absence of fear — it is love choosing to remain.”
“Grief can shape us, but it does not have to define us.”
“Their fight became my foundation.”
May every child walking this road know:
You are not alone.
Your strength matters.
Your future is still yours.
If You Need Support
If you are a child, young person, or family navigating cancer-related challenges and are looking for guidance, education, or resource direction, you are welcome to reach out.
Subject Line: G&C Tribute Support
While we do not provide medical or therapeutic services, we can help connect you with appropriate resources and offer educational guidance.
Seeking help is not weakness.
It is strength in motion.
For courage remembered.
For love that remains.
For every light that continues to shine.
formally Let's Care Together, before I separated them, The G&C Tribute is my memoriam to my late parents. The memoriam was called, Lets Care Together.
